Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient art which
embodies China’s most profound concepts and principles of health and movement. Practiced at a slow and even speed, Tai Chi promotes relaxation, posture, and balance. These simple movements are widely acknowledged to help calm the emotions, focus the mind, and strengthen the immune system. A Simple 1-2-3 method of the popular Yang-style (24 poses) is taught, along with simple exercises that relax and rejuvenate.

An awesome class that mixes body sculpting movements with dance steps from salsa and merengue, to rumba, cha-cha, and more. Dance your way to total fitness!

Students learn relaxation, breathing, and stretching to benefit mind-body health with. All levels may join this slow moving classical yoga class. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket to class.

Join Tricia Maguire, Child Development & Behavioral Specialist and RYT, for a class of fine and gross motor development to meet your child’s interests and needs. Class will begin with a table top activity, move into fun play with yoga, music, and movement games to get us ready to organize our thoughts and plan to move our bodies in exciting ways.

A terrific class designed for students who are starting guitar for the first time or who have some previous guitar experience. Learn how to read music along with picking, strumming and various chords. Ages 10+

Come explore the world of multi-media and learn how to combine watercolor with acrylics, pastels, inks, and pencils on many kinds of paper and canvas. Learn how to sketch an interesting composition and create light and shadows. We will also create unique designs with air-dry clay. All levels are welcome.

An outrageously fun Doodle Dude class where the creations are edible! Decorate all kinds of goodies as you send your imagination to a new level of Doodle-ism! Ages 6+

This kid fueled program explodes with creative energy as young rockers form a rock band, write a story collectively, rehearse together, and transform their story into a killer rock song! Our young rockers will share ideas about rhythm, dynamics, tempo, melody and chords. Jammers will also play cooperative music and movement games designed to develop basic music competence. Each session culminates with a CD release party and band members get a copy of their CD.

Welcome to an evening of musical bonding for working parents, grandparents, or caregivers and their little ones. This pre-bed time class includes playing, singing, and tapping rhythms on Mr. Big Drum. Jammers will play and interact with Miss Sherri's puppet friends, dance with magical dancing scarves and more.
